Hi. I have been trying to get a proof of purchase for my iPad i spoke to 3 customer service for them to send me the proof of purchase, they sent a document which I forwarded on to Apple whilst on the phone but was informed that they couldn’t use the document 3 had sent me due to it not being the actual proof of purchase.
I then called customer service back and was then informed they do not send the actual proof of purchase that was the only document they send about your contract and was told to speak to the three store where I purchased the iPad.
When I spoke to the three store they told me they do not keep any documentation of purchases past 30 days due to data protection and that I should speak to customer service because they hold all the documentation.
I’m stuck because I don’t know what to do and how to get the proof of purchase.
