I've had no service since this morning. I've been out and about and the same problem. I've taken the SIM in and out. I've checked my account and there are no payment issues or usage issues.
So what's going on? And what do I do to get this sorted?
Using an iPhone SE and in Dublin near Rathmines (if either might be relevant)

Hi SMcA 👋 I've checked this out and our tech team are working on a mast in the Rathmines area at the moment. They're working hard to get this back up and running and full service restored as quickly as possible. Aoife

Hi Sheena 👋 There is a mast being worked on in Rathmines but if another customer in the same area as you is not experiencing this then it may not be impacting service and could point to an issue with your SIM or your phone.
