System Upgrade - 2nd May 2018

3 Community Manager

To further improve the quality of your Three service, we will be carrying out some scheduled system upgrades from 10.30pm on May 2nd to 6am on May 3rd.

 

We selected these hours in order to have the least possible disruption to our customers. This will impact the following services for some customers:
• IVR (Automated Telephone System)
• My3
