Our technical team are aware that service in the Gortahork area Co. Donegal is being impacted. Rest assured, our Field Engineers are booked to visit the area today as part of the investigation in order to identify the cause and to resolve this as soon as possible.

The root cause has been identified and replacement equipment has been ordered. As soon as it arrives, the field engineer will fit the new equipment and I'll let you know the when the engineer is on site.

I can confirm that the engineers have completed the repair works and service has been restored. Please switch off and on your phones if needed.
