Thank you for replying. Leaving phone into a store will mean another 2 week delay. Just to say I did not receive jiffy bag today it is a week today since I started trying to get my phone replaced 😤

The fastest option would be to drop the phone into one of our stores Deedoc. Depending on the fault itself, the repair can take a maximum of 10 working days. Phones are usually returned before this.
