Rustyscrew, fair play to you,and thanks a lot for all of this!!!! I'm going to play it fair and give them the chance to resolve this, and if they can't I'll need to do what's best for me. Just to throw an update to this. I have basically been getting texts every couple of days telling me it is still being looked into. But today I get a text to say it is resolved. So, is it? Well I logged onto the router setting and changed back over to 4g, and, I have my speeds back!!! So, cheers for that 3.
Why did the girl from CS tell me that the tech team wouldn't want to know about my issue, glad I didn't take her word. It is this kind of attitude that can bring lots of people's opinions of a company down.
