I've been trying to sort my webtexts account for some time. A Three Engineer was sorting it and I thought it was sorted but when I tried to log in today (and on previous days), I get the message "There is a problem with your account. Please contact Customer Services" (or something to that effect). I have tried re-registering but it says that the account is already registered. Can you look in to this for me please?
