Overcharged

Hello I've been overcharged. I'm on the flexibility max plan but my latest bill has got charges of 45 work for messages which are meant to be included in the 60 euro per month plan that I pay. I can't get through to anyone who can help and my phone has been cut off because I haven't paid the bill.

Hi, have you taken a look at your bill to see what type of messages you've been charged for? If you'd like me to go through this with you, PM your number, address and date of birth.
