Direct Debit - Registration Error

Hi,

 

My direct debit was cancelled accidentally and I haven't been able to set it up again since. I've tried online and via customer service but nothing works. I have direct debits for many other things with no issues. This has been going on for about 6 months now.

 

Any ideas?

Get Three to send you a mandate so you can set it up, also talk to bank so you can tell them that you want to set up that direct debit.

Yes you need to contact three as its them that initiate the dd.
You might be able to do it in a shop, but I'd say shops are crazy busy

Yeah I've sent back the mandate but still no joy. Might try in store. I've switched to sim only but still the same problem.
