Data Passport - Down all of January

Can somebody give me a sensible explanation of why 3 Data Passport is currently down? Hopefully by getting a proper answer I can make my own judgement on when this might be resolved, rather than being palmed off with "we're working to get it up and running very soon" which has been the stock answer for the past 4 weeks.

That's a Three UK thing and this forum is for Three Ireland customers so you'll need to get in touch with Three UK. Best of luck.
