Hi,

I topped up my credit through bank of ireland and I topped up with three instead but I have changed over to Vodafone a few months back, is there any way I can get this credit refunded to my bank account?

Hi, I top up 20€ from Bank of Ireland in the morning and I have not received any message with the confirmation but the money has been taken out of my bank account. If I check my balance it still shows my old balance when I top up in September, I top up today as the plan was expiring today but no message received so I guess it did not work. I entered my correct phone number. Can you please check and let me know if I have my 28 days plan active for from today on? Thanks.

You can see in your app if the plan is active.
