I don't know if this is the right place to post a suggestion for the Three live chat system but I feel this feature would be helpful.
The Chat should be able to transfer the Chat to a specific agent.
i was chatting once and due to my internet I got disconnected. The Chat spokesperson I was onto was really helpful and was about to solve the query after 40minutes of giveing information and helping out in steps. BUT as I said I got disconnected and could not connect with the same person again.
The next Chat spokesperson was extreamely unhelpful and did not understand my query and did not solve it at all. He said he would look at my previous chat to see what I was talking about but kept asking me the same questions which was frustrating because I just answered them and he was able to see them but insisted that I answer them anyway just to confirmm my query. (Which he did not understand or solve)
I think it would be really helpful to be able to transfer a chat or reconnect to a specific agent if you are to be disconnected by accident.
