Only one week notice for cancellation of charge2mobile?

Legend

Got this email from easytrip today, giving only one week notice for cancellation of the charge2mobile

Thats very short notice from Three to discontinue the service, surely ye should have notified easytrip sooner?

Dear Customer.

Currently, the method of payment for your easytrip toll tag is through your mobile phone bill.

Due to the mobile service providers discontinuing this service, from the 12th March this payment method will no longer be available to use .

We would ask you to contact us on 1890 67 67 68 so we can update your details on your account. You can simply update your account with direct debit details  or credit / debit card. By switching to this payment method, you will be eligible for a reduced M50 rate of €2.10 . Furthermore, we will upgrade your current tag for free and send you out a new multipurpose tag opening up more convenient services with us such as parking in Ireland's major car parks.

Please contact us on 1890 67 67 68 by the 9th March to make these changes.

If we have not heard from you by this date we will deactivate your tag meaning it will no longer work at the toll plazas and you may receive fines from the M50 until account details are updated.

Thanks and regards,
Easytrip Team
