General website access

Hi guys,

 

I am currently trying to login to the website to browse phones and potentially upgrade my existing phone. Unfortunately whenever I login to the website and try access any area other than the home page it gives me a "Sorry, there was an internal error - 500". I can't seem to go into My3 at all or view any part of the website I'd like to access.

 

Is there anything I can do about this or what's the problem?

Hi Killian, what type of phone are you using? Can you try this in a different browser and let me know if this works for you?
