Question: How do I get proof of purchase from Three?

Solution: The only way to get proof of purchase for a device purchased from Three (Irl) is to request it from Three directly via one of our care channels. This includes the 3Community right here but you can also contact Three by following this link to the contact us page - Contact Three


There are a couple of other documents that you may need and they also require you to contact Three directly. These are:


1. VAT receipts

2. Prepay Usage Reports
