hi I don't understand how I signed up with three and gave all my identification and now I have go through an awful process of passwords and emails to prove that I'm 40 years old is my passport and drivers licence not proof enough..can you please remove this baby adult filter please

Hey, I use my mobile internet for work However the adult filter keeps interfering with it.
Could I have it removed please?
