Hi I topped up the wrong sons number. I went on chat and was told if the top up was successful there is nothing that can be done. Thats a bit unfair. My son is stuck in wexford on his own with no credit and his 11 year old brother has 40 credit. Can someone please contact me urgently about this

Hi AlexScan, if the top up has gone on to another number we have no way of transferring credit.

How come other people who have done this have been told to pm details to have it sorted

From your first post you've advised that the credit has applied to the other number. Unfortunately, when the top up applies to another number it cannot be transferred.
