remove mobile filter; Live Chat fradulent???


I would like to have my mobile internet filter removed. Just spent an hour in the queue for the live chat before I was disconnected; in that time my queue position and wait time increased/decreased at random and I finally ended up getting this message multiple times:


"All agents are currently assisting others. Your estimated wait time is 0 minutes and you are 34 in the queue. Thank you for your patience."


Please remove the filter, thank you.

Think it's just through chat and according to the blog you have to register the number too.
