date of birth wrong

Hi

I'm trying to sort out an issue with my credit disappearing but from some reason my date of birth is not correct on threes system as I cant verify it.  I moved from billpay to prepay a while back, and I just checked online, and even my address was incorrect, which i could change and have done so

So to check what eating my credit   , (topped up 3 times since jan 1st), I need to verify my DOB, which I cant as its not correct on your system

 

Help please

Did you by any chance get a text from 57030 or similar? It's possible that this credit draining is premium texts.
