cant upgrade online

Hello.

I want check and compare mobiles and prices for my plan but i cant.

I just get message:

 

"Nearly there! You are currently not eligible for an upgrade until 25/12/2015. If you just can’t wait then simply call us on 1800 947 591 to discuss what other options are available to you now."

 

Today is 23/01/2016

I have tried reset cookies, different browsers, pc's, mobiles, tablets, my three app, and always same message.

Can you fix it?
