Where is my bose headphone

Hello,

I pre-ordered the Huawei P20 Pro and I received the device on April 13th, and I contacted the three to ask about the bose headphones and they said that I would receive that within 30 days, it has expired and when I contacted the three again, they said I will receive that soon, but it's not enough, I need to know when I will receive that, the date and how can I track that, since the 30 days already expired.

@estevaoh thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you haven't received the headphones. The latest update on these is they were to be shipped yesterday and today but I'll check your order for you here. Can you send it to me in a PM please? Did you order your phone as an upgrade or a new connection and was it on prepay or Bill pay?
