I would like to have my mobile internet filter removed. Just spent an hour in the queue for the live chat before I was disconnected; in that time my queue position and wait time increased/decreased at random and I finally ended up getting this message multiple times:
"All agents are currently assisting others. Your estimated wait time is 0 minutes and you are 34 in the queue. Thank you for your patience."
Please remove the filter, thank you.
