Unable to subscribe 3Plus

Hi team,

 

For some reason I am unable to subscribe for 3 Plus, therefore I am unable to apply for the offers.

 

Please note that I have already set up my 3 account online, I am able to do everything on my 3 account (Top up etc..), I already updated all my information, address etc...

Every time I tried to sign up for 3 plus, after provide all my information the SUBMIT button doesn't do anything. I already tried different browsers and also tried via 3 App, when I tried to subscribe via App I get an Unknown error message poping up after I press the submit button,.

 

Please assist and complete my 3plus registration.

I tried so many times but so far nothing changes.

Hi Nara, we are aware that some customers are experiencing issues with registration for 3Plus. Our team are working on this as we speak. We will keep you posted with any updates on this.

Well I've trying to sign up for about 3 months now, its very frustrating!
How long more do I have to wait?
Can you send me the promo codes then, like the cinema offer? 2 for 10€

I am unable to subscribe to 3Plus as it is telling me my referral ID is incorrect , could you help with this ?

Hi @Leahmccannn are you trying to register for 3Plus through the app or the website? To be honest, I haven't heard of this type of error before. Has somebody sent you a link to sign up to 3Plus? Have a look at our 3MadeEasy blog. It will guide you on how to register for 3Plus 👉  click here .
