Topped up wrong number

Hi,

 

I topped up the wrong number from my bank account this morning. Is it possible to redirect the top up to the correct number or retrieve it?

Hi Martin 👋 If the number is not on our network, then the credit will reverse to your bank account within 3-7 working days. Could you pop me a PM with the number you topped up and I'll check this out?
