Topped up wrong number with AIB

Hi, I got one digit wrong and topped up the wrong number with AIB online top up, judging by other posts on this forum it seems everyone get their money back/transferred to the right account, how can I do this? Thanks.

recently topped up my mobile but accidentally topped up the wrong mobile.

Oh no, sorry to hear that. Has the money the debited from your account or is the transaction pending? Usually what happens is if the number is not on the network then the money will return to your account 👍

I am not certain if the transition is pending. Could you help me with this?
In my bank statement, the transaction is date to 11th Jun.

That would mean it hasn't debited from your account, the money should go back into your account in the next 48 hours. If it doesn't please let me know & we'll get this sorted 😍
