Topped up once - Charged twice

I tried to top up earlier but I got an error message and asked to try again later and my phone had not been topped up.

So I tried later and topped up successfully.

However I'm just checking my bank account and it shows 2 charges of €20 meaning I've paid for €40 worth of credit but only received €20.

Can I have the additional charge refunded? Thanks

Hi QuietAssassin87 👋 I cn help you with this. Can you PM me your full name, number, address and date of birth so I can access your account? Can you also send me a screenshot of this €40 being taken out of your account? You can block out any other information you like, Martin.
