I topped up yesterday with €20 but my account still lists "26/04/17" as the expiry date for my calls/text/data bundle.
Why is this?

No, I topped up, and the credit is there, but the expiry date for my free data/texts/etc is still listed as tomorrow.

What's the Story with the Chat Team too? I asked for help and got fobbed off to call the 1913 number and complain to them. I just topped up and got told that it would 3 days and I might get refund or something...What way to do business... Asked the Supervisor to help and just hid behind the chat staff.. Amazing support from 3... #MadIAm
