Top up wrong number

Hi,
I accidently topped up the incorrect number can I get this allocated to the correct number?

Hi Mary, we've no way of transferring credit from one account to another. If the number you topped up isn't on our netowrk then it'll be reversed and move back to your bank account in 3 to 5 working days , depending on the banks time-frame. 👍 Rach
