Hi there 👋 Are you a 3 customer and selected another network or vice versa? If you're a 3 customer, you'd need to get in touch with the other network to get a refund, otherwise I can look into this for you here 👍 Aoife

No worries, you'd need to get in touch with Eir directly as the top up amount would have gone through to them rather than us 👍
