Top up online problem Options!!

Hi everybody! I tried to top up my phone yesterday twice but there was an error in the website but it had been charged in my bank account (twice) and the money has not yet been returned. Besides, I was waiting all morning to have Internet connection and as it did not work, I went to the nearest store to top up the phone. How could I get my money back? Thank you!!

Hi there 👋 Thanks for getting in touch with us here and welcome to The Community! If the charges to your bank account are pending, they will fail and automatically go back into your bank account within 3 - 5 working days. In the unlikely event that this does not happen, you can come back to us here on PM and we can investigate further.
