Top up failed on website, but I was still charged.

Hi, I have been trying to top-up my daughters phone. Even though it failed I have been charged 6 times! Can you help please.

Hi Elaine345 👋 Are you named on your daughters account? If you are can you PM me your full name, her phone number and your 2 passwords so I can access this account? Can you also send me a screenshot of this money being taken out of your account? You can blackout any other information you like, Martin.
