Top up failed and now I've been charged twice

When topping up today, it said top up failed due to a technical error. So I went through all the forms again and then it went through quite quickly. What I don't understand is why I was told it failed when it clearly didn't. My three balance is 40 euro and there's two 20 euro transactions in my bank statement. I want a refund as this is unacceptable.

Three charged me two times 20€ (40€ total) in my bank account on 9 of July. I would like to have my money back. Is this possible?
