Top up does not show on balance

Hi,

 

I have an auto top up set up on my account and it has worked for months with no issue.  The top up was scheduled again for today and it the money was taken from my credit card as normal but my balance has not changed and my all you can eat data is finishing today.  Can you look into this as soon as possible before all my credit is used up on data.

No looks like I will have to top up again to activate all you can eat data. Three said that the top up from this morning should be refunded onto my card
