I am on the €20 per month deal (data, text and calls) . I paid the money on the TSB website yesterday. The money is gone from my account but I am still unable to make calls or send texts. I think this may be because I only switched from O2 to 3 at the beginning of last month
I called TSB and they gave me the transaction ID and the date stamp of the transaction
How can I get the money applied to my account
