Can you please advise whether sites 3_TP0016 and 3_TP0163 were affected during Storm Ophelia? The reason I ask is that my service has deteriorated since the storm.

TP0016 is back to normal, and we're still working on TP0163, but it is mostly up and running now.
I know you're still having trouble @cwn from your other thread, do you know if your neighbours in the area are also having the same issues?
What device are you using as well, so we can do some troubleshooting with you?
