I lost my phone the day before Christmas eve and I've just went and got a replacement sim today. After filling out the required questions to best I could my request came back failed. I haven't rang anyone in the last 7 days as asked because I use whatsapp 99% of the time. Can anyone from Three support help activate my new sim, I can provided numbers from my call log.
