Hi. I received a text today on my phone from 3Alerts saying that Three have started the SIM activation process (may take up to 3 hours and they will get in touch once activated).
The phone has been in use with the current SIM/number for 2-3 years now so was very confused to receive the text. I also then noticed that it has lost all signal and is on Emergency call only (will still connect to wifi).
This was about 12 hours ago now with no further messages and nothing has changed on the phone.
Any ideas as to what may have caused it? Any thoughts appreciated.
