Hello, calling or data does not work on my phone for some reason in Finland.
I have checked with My3 for my balance and roaming permissions and they’re all fine, but for some reason I’m unable to make any calls at all, even to the free and paid phone helplines on 3.
My reception is fine as well. I have restarted my phone to check too.
I am not sure what to do since this has been a problem for the past week and has brought me much inconvenience - I topped up recently for this trip but I guess it was pointless
I hope 3 will be able to help me with this. Thank you very much.
