Roaming is not working in Italy

Scout
Hi, topping up with 20 euros should allow 6gb of roaming data in Italy but so far I cannot use my phone outside the hotel where there is wifi. I have tried restarting the phone and selecting networks manually. It connects to a network but the phone(note 8) says I am offline. Any suggestons please?

Hi @onejohn72 👋 Can you turn off 4G, enable data roaming and manually connect to either 3 or Wind? Let me know how you get on 👍 Aoife

Hello, I have the same problem now in Italy. I have already selected wind but the data roaming toggle option is inactive and grayed out. It doesn't allow me to change it. Please can you help?

As in you cant turn on data roaming from your settings? Is there more than one wind option and have you tried any others?
