I have a 4G router with a 3 prepay sim for internet. I purchased a Ring Doorbell 2 and am having issues connecting it to my wifi. Ring support state I need to open some ports to allow communications through, but as I am using a 4G router, I have a private rather than a Public IP address so port forwarding will not work.
Is there any workaround for this? Is it possible to get a Public IP address?

They do this for sure I've seen a few posts where it's been sorted. Mods will help.

Yip the mods will be able to activate this on your account.
Just to be aware you may be on a 3g data network when you get this

For anyone interested I managed to get the doorbell working on the 3 network by changing to 3G mode rather than 4G.
After installation was completed I changed back to 4G and the doorbell is still working.
