I recently set up a €20 regular monthly topup, but when it came to the day it was supposed to topup, it didn't top up, and it said the next topup is in October. So I assumed that because I only set up the regular topup a day or two before that it would apply from next month on, so I manually topped up. Now that I've checked my credit, I have €40 credit. Is there any way I can get a refund for the €20 I topped up with due to the delay in service?
