Registering a phone number

Lookout
Hi
I tried to use a local service phone app, when I registered in it, it refuses my registration with a message saying:

"Unable to validate mobile number

Please enter your registered mobile phone number below so we can send you an SMS containing an activation code."

What is meant by registered number and how to do it.

Thanks

Re: Registering a phone number

Hi there 👋 What app are you trying to use? Have you tried entering you phone number in international format? This would be 35308 👍

Well... It's "just eat" app and I selected my location "Ireland" when I downloaded it.

There is a tip line in the phone number field that starts with 077771111
I tried different ways
083033..
83033..
0035383033..
+35383033...

None of them worked

Have you been in touch with Just Eat's customer care? They could let you know why it won't you register your number 👍

Ok thanks
I just thought since my number is on prepay it needs to be registered by verifying that it is actually mine.
I will check with them
Thanks
