Dear Three team,
I am currently a Prepay customer (20€ bundle) - and my current cash credit balance is €58.76 - I will not use the €38.76 extra credit and I was wondering if I could get a refund of this amount ?
Moreover, I asked for an unlock code for my phone on Wednesday, June 7th - and I still don't have any news of it, could you send me the code I need ?

I did not receive an email specifying that about Huawei, I just got the following email :
" Thanks for contacting Three. We will get back to you in 2 working days.
For future queries, check out our dedicated Help & Support section at ..."
Do you have any way to check if my query has been sent to Huawei ?
