Reclaim unused credit


Dear Three team,


I am currently a Prepay customer (20€ bundle) - and my current cash credit balance is €58.76 - I will not use the €38.76 extra credit and I was wondering if I could get a refund of this amount ?


Moreover, I asked for an unlock code for my phone on Wednesday, June 7th - and I still don't have any news of it, could you send me the code I need ?

HI Bunny, we don't refund or transfer Prepay credit. 

What type of phone are you trying to unlock, I'll check this out.

I want to unlock my Huawei P9 that I bought at Three few months ago.

We don't want issue these codes ourselves Bunny, we need to request these from the manufacturer. Huawei can take up to 21 working days to unlock there phones. Have you received a confirmation email from us that your request has been sent to Huawei?

I did not receive an email specifying that about Huawei, I just got the following email :


" Thanks for contacting Three. We will get back to you in 2 working days.

For future queries, check out our dedicated Help & Support section at ..."


Do you have any way to check if my query has been sent to Huawei ?

Can you PM me your details so I can check this out more for you @Bunny? I just need your number, your phone's IMEI, your full name, address and date of birth.
