Hi, I'm having the same problem, I lost my phone last Wednesday, I went to the three store on Friday and got a sim, tried it many different ways, no joy!
I returned to the store today and got a couple of tips, tried again, still no joy!

I recently went backpacking so I deactivated my number however I now realize I still need it for verification purposes. Can you tell me if it’s possible to reactivate it. It only been cancelled for a few months.
