Proof of Usage Needed Urgently

Hi,

I have a claim in with my insurance company on 2 phones but they won't progress the claim until they receive proof of usage from 3. I have contacted 3 on three occasions and every time I have been told it will be emailed to me within 48 hours but I am still waiting and the last request was a week ago. Can someone help me with this please?

@Neadie14  you can now pm the mods but just make sure you're not a Three UK customer because they can't help if you are and the last few that reached out were UK based.
