Not sure, when I registered for My 3, it told me to register my details, ie. my address to receive free credit?
Why is it taking so long to apply my credit already paid for ? I'm a long time without a mobile at this stage?

Our payments team are currently working on the top up error. In relation to the bonus credit, Three will allocate the bonus credit within the first week of each following month.

What I can do as a goodwill gesture and an exception to keep you going until your top up has been activated is apply €10 credit to your account. I'd advise you to turn off your mobile data for the time being and just connect to wifi as the credit will be used up quite quickly.
