Same here, no texts and still no refund.
I can't think of any situation where a company could charge twice and withhold the money for a month without returning it.
From previous experience in retail, if the issue couldn't be resolved instantly it would be resolved by that evening.....but a month and still no resolution, this is very very poor @Three_Deborah1

I had to contact them and ask them to reopen the case.
The payment not going through is fixed (with no root cause and solutions given), but it has not been resolved, not until the money is refunded.
They said the are returning in batches, and that will be a couple of days (again????), and I am ok with that. But then, don't say it has been fixed.
