Hi Three CS,
I usually top up my phone via SMS service 50100.
Couple days ago, i tried to top-up but it responds
" From Three : Sorry, we cannot process your top up at this time.."
So I waited and tried again but same results.
Because it's urgent, I tried again to top up via internet then it works, 20 euro is in my phone bills but the problem is, why three charges 3 times ( 3 x 20 euro = 60) into my bank account? Thanks
