Online Top Up Issue

I topped up at approximately 10AM today from my bank account, it is now after 2pm and I am still yet to receive any form of update. I've checked my account and it has left as I'm down €20. I've tried looking for answers and found very little on the subject can someone please point me in the appropriate direction?

@Tonia sorry to hear that. Have you checked your bank account to see if the €20 was taken? If it has been debited from your available funds, can you check to see if it's still in the pending section? Sometimes it can take 24 hours to apply but usually if it is in pending transactions and hasn't applied then it moves back to your available funds within 3 to 5 working days.
