I wish I saw this thread before I switch to Three. I switched from Virgin to Three for this very reason. I'll be switching again as soon as my credit runs out.

My problem was with my Spanish Bank using a 'grey' phone number for sending text message to confirm transactions.
Eventually sorted by Bank IT people.
The problem turned out not to be the fault of 3.
At Three we are updating our systems to make your 3Community experience even better. From Friday the 24th of January, the forum.three.ie community will become read-only in preparation for launching a new and improved 3Community later this year
